Takyon™ Low ROX Probe 2X MasterMix dTTP Blue contenente riferimento passivo Low ROX sono disponibili in diversi formati da 1,5 ml a 10 x 7,5 ml. I kit Takyon ™ forniscono risultati VELOCI, SENSIBILI e ACCURATI sia nei protocolli FAST sia negli standard.
Sugli strumenti Mx3000P®, Mx3005® e Mx4000®, è possibile utilizzare entrambi le MasterMix con e senza riferimento passivo ROX a seconda delle esigenze. Se non si esegue la normalizzazione ROX sui risultati, si consiglia di utilizzare i kit Takyon kits for probe assays – No ROX che sono stati convalidati su questi termociclatori. Per prevenire il carry-over, combinare qualsiasi dTTP Mastermix con il nuovo additivo dUTP / UNG (RT-UTPUNG-020). Per convertire qualsiasi dTTP 2X Mastermix in un kit One-Step RT-qPCR, utilizzare Takyon ™ One-Step kit Converter per 150 rxns: UF-RTAD-D0101, per 750 rxns: UF-RTAD-D0701
