Takyon™ 5X qPCR Kits for Probe assays containing no ROX passive passive reference are available in different MasterMixes formats from 0.6 ml to 10 x 5 ml.
Takyon™ 5X qRT-PCR Kits deliver FAST, SENSITIVE and ACCURATE results in fast & regular cycling conditions
These kits are perfectly suited for gene expression studies and demonstrate exceptional performance on viral templates thanks to the newly developped EuroscriptII RT
Moreover the new additive allows a significant improvement of the performance on some difficult virus types as well as on FFPE samples.

Avoid repeated defrosting/freezing cycles.

When stored under these conditions, this component is stable for 24 months. For short term storage the Takyon™ One-Step No Rox Probe 5X MasterMix dTTP can be stored at 4 °C for 6 months. – Euroscript II RT & additive should be stored at a temperature between -65°C and -75°C in a constant temperature freezer.
