Takyon™ Low ROX Probe 5X MasterMix dTTP
Takyon™ Low ROX Probe 5X MasterMix dTTP kits containing Low ROX passive reference are available in different MasterMix formats from 0.6 ml to 10 x 5 ml. Takyon™ 5X qPCR Kits deliver FAST, SENSITIVE and ACCURATE results in fast & regular cycling conditions
On the Mx3000P®, Mx3005® and Mx4000®, both MasterMixes with and without ROX passive reference can be used depending on your needs.
If you do not perform ROX normalisation on your results, we advise you to use the Takyon™ 5X Kits for Probe Assay – No ROX which have been validated on these thermocyclers.
For carry-over prevention, combine any dTTP 5X Mastermix with the new dUTP/UNG additive (RT-UTPUNG-033)
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Option Carry over Prevention: Takyon™ dTTP Kits can be converted into UNG Kit by adding dUTP/UNG blend for 150 rxns: Cat# RT-UTPUNG-033, for 1250 rxns: Cat# RT-UTPUNG-033
