Reverse Transcriptase Core Kit

The universal Reverse Transcriptase Core kit can be combined with each qPCR Core kit or qPCR MasterMix available from Eurogentec. As the RT buffer and the PCR buffer are harmonized, optimal results will be obtained with this combination.

The Reverse Transcriptase Core kit contains enough reagents for up to 300 – 10 µl reactions, using the EuroScript RT enzyme and the RNase Inhibitor. The kit contains a 10x buffer, dNTP mix, EuroScript, RNase Inhibitor and 25 mM MgCl2, oligo d(T) primers, random nonamers and RNase free water tubes.

 

 

Avoid repeated defrosting/freezing cycles.

  • Each Kit of 300 reactions contains: – One bottle (1.4 ml) of 10x reaction buffer (black cap) containing KCl and Tris-HCl – One tube (75 µl) of EuroScript reverse transcriptase (white cap) containing Moloney Murine leukemia virus reverse transcriptase, 6250 U at 50 U/µl – One tube (120 µl) of RNase Inhibitor (purple cap) containing RNase inhibitor 4000U at 20 U/µl – One tube (1.25 ml) of 2.5 mM dNTP Mix (green cap) containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP in autoclaved, deionized water titrated with

Storage Conditions
  • For long term storage the Reverse Transcriptase Core kit should be stored at -65 °C to -75 °C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 1 year. For short term storage the Reverse Transcriptase Core kit can be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C for up to 6 months.
