Reverse Transcriptase Core Kit

Reverse Transcriptase Core kit può essere combinato con ogni kit qPCR Core o qPCR MasterMix disponibile da Eurogentec. Poiché il tampone RT e il tampone PCR sono armonizzati, si otterranno risultati ottimali con questa combinazione.

Reverse Transcriptase Core Kit contiene reagenti sufficienti per reazioni fino a 300/10 µl, utilizzando l’enzima EuroScript RT e l’inibitore della RNasi. Il kit contiene un tampone 10x, una miscela dNTP, EuroScript, RNase Inhibitor e 25 mM MgCl2, primer oligo d(T), nonameri casuali e provette di acqua RNasi free.

 

 

Evitare ripetuti cicli di scongelamento/congelamento.

Storage Conditions
  • For long term storage the Reverse Transcriptase Core kit should be stored at -65 °C to -75 °C in a constant temperature freezer. When stored under these conditions the reagents are stable for 1 year. For short term storage the Reverse Transcriptase Core kit can be stored at -15 °C to -25 °C for up to 6 months.
