Reverse Transcriptase Core Kit

Reverse Transcriptase Core kit può essere combinato con ogni kit qPCR Core o qPCR MasterMix disponibile da Eurogentec. Poiché il tampone RT e il tampone PCR sono armonizzati, si otterranno risultati ottimali con questa combinazione.

Reverse Transcriptase Core Kit contiene reagenti sufficienti per reazioni fino a 300/10 µl, utilizzando l’enzima EuroScript RT e l’inibitore della RNasi. Il kit contiene un tampone 10x, una miscela dNTP, EuroScript, RNase Inhibitor e 25 mM MgCl2, primer oligo d(T), nonameri casuali e provette di acqua RNasi free.

Evitare ripetuti cicli di scongelamento/congelamento.

La Takyon® Etheris Probe è un Master Mix Clear 2X formulata con componenti purificati per ridurre al minimo il DNA residuo di E. coli. Garantisce un’alta specificità e un basso segnale di fondo, assicurando risultati chiari e accurati per la rilevazione basata su sonde nella PCR in tempo reale.

La Takyon® Etheris Probe è perfettamente adatta per la rilevazione microbica e per flussi di lavoro impegnativi come il monitoraggio ambientale, i test di sicurezza alimentare, il profiling del microbioma e il rilascio QC dei reagenti diagnostici. Takyon® Ultra è un reagente qPCR ad alte prestazioni progettato per la rilevazione sensibile e specifica del DNA.

Il nostro Takyon® Ultra qPCR Master Mix basato su sonde consente una rilevazione accurata, riproducibile e altamente sensibile dei target di DNA su un ampio intervallo dinamico

La formulazione ottimizzata garantisce prestazioni robuste anche con campioni complessi, offrendo una maggiore resistenza agli inibitori comuni della qPCR e compatibilità con saggi multiplex. Takyon Low ROX Probe 2X MasterMix dTTP contenenti riferimento passivo Low ROX sono disponibili in diversi formati da 1,5 ml a 10 x 7,5 ml. I kit Takyon forniscono risultati VELOCI, SENSIBILI e ACCURATI sia nei protocolli FAST sia negli standard.

Sugli strumenti Mx3000P®, Mx3005® e Mx4000®, è possibile utilizzare entrambi le MasterMix con e senza riferimento passivo ROX a seconda delle esigenze. Se non si esegue la normalizzazione ROX sui risultati, si consiglia di utilizzare i kit Takyon kits for probe assays – No ROX che sono stati convalidati su questi termociclatori. Per prevenire il carry-over, combinare qualsiasi dTTP Mastermix con il nuovo additivo dUTP / UNG (RT-UTPUNG-020). Per convertire qualsiasi dTTP 2X Mastermix in un kit One-Step RT-qPCR, utilizzare Takyon One-Step kit Converter per 150 rxns: UF-RTAD-D0101, per 750 rxns: UF-RTAD-D0701

Takyon Low ROX Probe 5X MasterMix dTTP kits contenenti riferimento passivo ROX basso sono disponibili in diversi formati MasterMix da 0,6 ml a 10 x 5 ml. I kit Takyon 5X qPCR offrono risultati VELOCI, SENSIBILI e ACCURATI in condizioni FAST e regolari.

Con Mx3000P®, Mx3005® e Mx4000®, è possibile utilizzare entrambe le MasterMix con e senza riferimento passivo ROX a seconda delle esigenze. Se non si esegue la normalizzazione ROX sui risultati, si consiglia di utilizzare Takyon 5X Kits for Probe Assay – No ROX validato su questi termociclatori. Per prevenire il carry-over, combinare qualsiasi dTTP 5X Mastermix con il nuovo additivo dUTP / UNG (RT-UTPUNG-033)
