Takyon® Ultra is a high-performance qPCR reagent designed for sensitive and specific DNA detection.
Our probe-based Takyon® Ultra qPCR Master Mix enables accurate, reproducible, and highly sensitive detection of DNA targets across a broad dynamic range.
The optimized formulation ensures robust performance even with complex samples, offering improved resistance to common qPCR inhibitors and compatibility with multiplex assays. The reagent supports high-throughput automation with convenient assay setup at room temperature.
Takyon® Ultra is available in various pack sizes from 200 to 10,000 – 20 µL reactions. Larger batches and custom packaging can be supplied upon request.

Tab 1. Inhibitors were added at the indicated concentrations, and amplification was carried out using a duplex reaction targeting ACTB and 18S genes. The table displays the average ΔCq values, representing the difference in Cq between reactions with inhibitors and those without inhibitors.
