PME free-circulating DNA Extraction

• Satrting material: Serum, plasma and urine – Cell culture supernatants or mediums
  – From up to 5 ml (plasma) or 10 ml (urine)
• Extraction times: from 1 ml starting material approx. 30 min – From 5 to 10 approx. 1 h
• Extract: DNA
• Applications Tumor and prenatal diagnosis – Pathological states, including trauma, sepsis, myocardial infarction, stroke, transplantation, diabetes mellitus, and hematologic disorders

• Starting material: Liquid and water-soluble food samples such as milk, milk powder, juice, wine, flour (up to 1 mL) – Solid food samples, processed food, such as meat, sausage, chocolate, bread (up to 100 mg)
• Extraction times: liquid samples approx. 2.5 h – solid samples approx. 2 h
• Purity: depends on star,ting material and sample quality 1.6 – 2.0
• Extract: DNA

• Starting material: Milk, liquid milk products (1ml of e.g. cream, shake) – Thick milk products (1g of e.g. yoghurt, condensed milk, kefir) – Dry milk products (0,6g of e.g. baby milk, dry milk) – Juice, vinegar, wine (1ml) – Dry instant products without or with low amount of milk (0,6g)
• Extraction times: approx. 30 -60 min.
• Extract: DNA

• Starting material: Serum, plasma, urine, ascites, cell culture supernatants or mediums
  SEC fractions and other cell-free biofluids from 0.2 ml up to 10 ml cell culture (max. 5 x 10exp6 cells)
• Extraction times: Approx. 35-45 min.

• Starting material: sewage water 20 ml
• Extraction times: Approx. 30 – 60 min.
