RoboGene HDV RNA Quantification Kit 3.0 – RUO
RoboGene HDV RNA Quantification Kit 3.0 is validated for the quantification of hepatitis D virus RNA in EDTA or citrate plasma and human serum by One Step Real Tima PCR. The test is intended for the clinical management of patients with chronic HDV in combination with clinical presentation and other laboratory markers for HDV infection. This test is intended to evaluate the viral response to antiviral treatment as measured by changes in serum and plasma HDV DNA levels.
Furthermore, in a course of antiviral therapy the probability of a sustained viral response can be judged.
RoboGene HDV DNA Quantification Kit 3.0 is not intended for use as a screening test for the detection of HDV DNA in blood or blood products or as a diagnostic test to confirm the presence of HDV infection.
