BetaPrion Human ELISA bases on sensitive sandwich ELISA using two specific monoclonal anti-human prion protein antibodies.
Using recombinant prion protein standards with range between 20 and 1 ng/ml quantification of human prion protein total content in human CSF as well as in plasma and serum is rendered possible. Quality controls are included for lab validation of the assay performed. Quality controls are included for laboratory validation of the test performed.
The evidence of bound HRP immuno complexes is shown by TMB/H2O2 staining.
