Sugli strumenti Mx3000P®, Mx3005® e Mx4000®, è possibile utilizzare entrambi le MasterMix con e senza riferimento passivo ROX a seconda delle esigenze. Se non si esegue la normalizzazione ROX sui risultati, si consiglia di utilizzare i kit Takyon kits for probe assays – No ROX che sono stati convalidati su questi termociclatori.
Evitare ripetuti cicli di congelamento-scongelamento.
