Megaruptor®2
Megaruptor® 2 è stato ideato per fornire i ricercatori di uno strumento semplice, automatico e riproducibile per la frammentazione del DNA da 3 kb – 75 kb.
La performance di Shearing è indipendente dalla sorgente, dalla temperatura e dalla concentrazione salina del campione di DNA. Il nostro software user-friendly permette il processameto di due campioni in serie senza input addizionale dell’utilizzatore e senza cross-contaminazione. Basta selezionare i parametri desiderati e il sistema automatico si occupa del resto.
Gli hydropores monouso non consentono problemi di ostruzione, impediscono fenomeni di cross-contaminazione ed assicurano un omogenea distribuzione delle dimensioni dei frammenti.
I frammenti generati con Megaruptor® 2 sono analizzabili con efficacia utilizzando i sistemi PacBio Sequel e Oxford Nanopore.

Sufficient library yield can be obtained only if the DNA molecules are sheared within the targeted size.
DNA Link has been using the Megaruptor instrument from Diagenode for this shearing process, as it is easy to use and has less contamination risk for using disposable hydropores, which contributes to the overall efficiency of the laboratory logistics.
