StabySubCloning-carre.jpgI kits Staby™ SubCloning vi permettono di trasferire il vostro gene di interesse inserito nel vettore pSTC1.3 di StabyCloning nei vettori d’espressione con nuovi vantaggi: N-term-HIS tag, N-term-Cherry tag o codoni rari tRNA (Staby™ Codon kits).

Utilizzando i siti di restrizione del vettore pSTC1.3, è facile trasferire il gene d’interesse (legato al gene antidoto ccdA) in uno dei vettori subcloning di espressione. Dal momento che la selezione Staby™ è molto efficiente, NON è necessario purificare il vostro inserto legato al gene ccdA prima del subcloning. Dopo questo processo, il vettore è pronto per l’espressione in betteri SE1.
